Rescheduling
You can reschedule your coaching session at no cost up to 24 hours before your appointment time. To reschedule, return to your confirmation page and choose a new available time. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations & refunds (coaching sessions)
Coaching sessions are refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, rescheduling (see above) is the best way to keep your session. If Midasweb cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled time.
Workbook
The AI Workbook is a final sale and is non-refundable once the download is accessed. If you experience a download issue, contact us and we'll make it right.
Workshop credit
Your full coaching session fee is credited toward a Midasweb 4-hour AI Agent Building Workshop when you register within 30 days of your session. The credit applies to the workshop registration only and is not refundable or transferable to cash.
